Can I be a Senator? How?

We have elections to choose Senators. You must be at least Cosmic Heart Compact level to run for Senate, but no higher than Eternal Brooch. There will be a topic for candidates to tell members why they think they would make a good Senator.
After two weeks of campaigning, a survey will be posted for everyone to vote for their favourite candidate. The top three will be selected as Senators.
Senators should be leaders in the community and will be expected to follow all site rules.

How long are the terms?

Each term runs for around 6 months.
Election schedules are as follows:
Week 1 :: Nominations
Weeks 2-3 :: Campaigning
Week 4 :: Voting

Is there a limit to the number of terms a senator can serve?

|
A senator cannot serve consecutive terms, but as of now there is no limit to the total number of terms they can serve. A total term limit may be introduced by the Mars Team at a future date. | |
